The Process
How every engagement begins.
Every engagement begins with a discovery call where we hear about the situation, the history, and what the leadership team has already tried. If there's a fit, we move into a structured discovery phase.
That means stakeholder interviews across the organisation, from leadership to the teams doing the work. It means on-site sessions where we can see how decisions actually get made, how teams interface, and where the friction lives. It means remote working sessions with team leads, and a structured review of the data, processes, and structures already in place.
We do this because the problem a leadership team presents is rarely the only problem and sometimes not the most important one. Discovery takes time, but it means everything we build is grounded in what's real.

First
Discovery Call
We hear about your situation, the history, what you've already tried, and what outcome you need. No commitment required. We'll tell you honestly at the end whether there's a fit and what working together would look like.

Then
Stakeholder Interviews
We talk to the people doing the work, not just the people directing it. Leadership, team leads, the people closest to the friction. On-site where possible, remote where necessary. We build an honest picture before we recommend anything.

Then
Working Sessions & Diagnostic Review
Structured working sessions with team leads. Review of existing processes, data, and structures. We use diagnostic tools where they add value, AI readiness, operational readiness, team capability assessments — not as a standard package but where they genuinely sharpen the picture.

Then
Design, Build, Deliver
We design the right response for what we found, agree the scope, and stay through delivery. Working sessions, implementation support, structured reviews, and adjustments as the work progresses. We stay until it works.
Phase 1
Discover
We map the current state. Stakeholder interviews. On-site and remote working sessions. Review of existing structures, processes, and data. We listen to the people doing the work, not just the people directing it. We also run structured diagnostic assessments, AI readiness, operational readiness, team capability, where they add value to the picture. By the end of this phase, we have a clear view of where the real friction is and where it isn't.
Phase 2
Define
We design the response. That might be a transformation programme, a new operating model, an AI adoption roadmap, a leadership development structure, an innovation strategy, or a combination. It's specific to this organisation, these people, and this moment. Not a template. Not a framework applied from outside. A design built from what we found in Discover.
Phase 3
Deliver
We build it with you and we stay until it works. Working sessions, implementation support, structured reviews, and adjustments as the work progresses. We measure progress against defined outcomes, not activity, not effort. If something isn't working as designed, we say so and we fix it.
What To Expect
How We Show Up
On-site, remote, or both
We work in whatever combination makes sense for the engagement. On-site presence matters for discovery and key delivery moments. Remote works for working sessions and ongoing support. We agree the right format at the start.
Direct, not comfortable
We say what we find, including the things that are harder to hear. If a leadership team is solving the wrong problem, we'll name it. If something isn't working mid-engagement, we'll say so before it becomes a bigger problem.
Available throughout
Not just at the beginning and the end. We are available throughout the engagement for decisions that can't wait, situations that arise, and the moments where a quick conversation prevents a longer detour.
Measured against outcomes
Every engagement has defined outcomes agreed at the start. We review progress against them, not against activity or effort. If the outcomes shift as we learn more, we update them — but we always know what we're working towards.
