What Is It
Leadership presence in the role you need, for the duration you need it.
We step into your leadership team as fractional CMO, CDO, or COO, embedded in the business, part of the decision-making, and accountable for defined outcomes. This is active leadership presence, not advisory from a distance.
Typical situations include: a scaling company that needs commercial or operational leadership but isn't ready for a permanent exec hire; an organisation going through significant change that needs a steady senior hand; a business that has identified a capability gap at leadership level and needs it filled while a permanent hire is found.
Engagements are structured around a monthly retainer with defined scope, regular on-site presence, and availability between sessions. We typically work in three or six month blocks, with the option to extend.

Active involvement in the leadership team. Monthly reviews against agreed outcomes. Available between sessions for decisions that can't wait. Structured handover so the work doesn't leave when we do.
